- After your PEP application has been processed, you will be notified of your eligibility status but this does not mean you have been awarded. This typically takes 1-6 weeks after you have submitted your application.
Awarded
- By July, you will receive an email once approved. In the email, there will be a form you will use to indicate the switch to PEP.
Receive Funding
- Your scholarship account will be funded 4 times per year, on or around the following dates:
- Quarter 1: August 15 - September 15
- Quarter 2: November 15 - December 1
- Quarter 3: January 15 - February 1
- Quarter 4: April 15 - May 1
- Your scholarship account will be funded 4 times per year, on or around the following dates:
Spend
- You can spend as soon as see the funding in your StepUp account.
- See our purchasing navigator here to see all the categories you can spend on. You may also shop at the MyScholarShop where you can directly spend out of your scholarship account.
- Submit reimbursements for each receipt. Use our explanation of benefits tool to help create your reimbursement package.
Reimbursed
- In July, you will receive an email once approved. In the email, there will be a form you will use to indicate the switch to PEP.
